Terms of use

Setborne provides software for creating, displaying, recording, and reviewing structured training. It does not diagnose conditions, provide emergency services, or replace advice from a qualified medical professional or coach who understands your circumstances.

You are responsible for deciding whether you can safely perform a session, using suitable equipment and technique, and stopping when pain, illness, injury, environmental conditions, or professional guidance require it.

Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials private, and notify us if you believe the account is compromised. Usernames must not impersonate others, infringe rights, or be used to harass people.

You may export your training data or permanently delete the account using the controls in the product.

Do not bypass access controls, probe private data, overload the service, automate abusive requests, introduce malicious code, scrape private profiles, or use friend and feedback tools for spam or harassment.

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with law.

Setborne may change features, correct programming or display errors, introduce paid plans, or discontinue a feature. During beta periods, interruptions and defects are more likely. We work to preserve training history, but you should keep a current export when the record is important to you.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a guarantee that every feature will always be available or error-free.

Setborne owns its software, design, original product copy, and branding. You retain rights in the personal information and training content you provide, while granting the limited permission needed to operate the service for you.
