CONCURRENT TRAINING

Train strength and conditioning together.

Concurrent training develops strength and endurance in the same training period.

Lifting and conditioning in one schedule.

Balance lifting, easy aerobic work, harder conditioning, and recovery around your goal.

Concurrent training means developing strength and endurance during the same training period. The sessions can happen on different days; they do not have to be combined into one workout.

Decide what matters most.

Choose strength, endurance, or balanced development. The program sets how often you train each.

Check how the week fits together.

See the order of your sessions and rest days before you begin. Choose which days have a second workout, up to 14 workouts per week.

Keep a record of your training.

Log work, effort, and recovery to review at block end. Completed workouts keep their original targets.

Workout ratings do not automatically adjust your loads. At block end, keep your strength maxes, retest, or choose a permitted increase.
