Questions about Setborne
Help with programs, workout logging, and your account.
Who is Setborne for?+
Setborne is for people who want strength and conditioning in one plan. Choose strength, endurance, or balanced development.
Does Setborne generate random daily workouts?+
No. It builds a full training block from your setup. Review your next block after completing it.
What happens if I start a program late in the week?+
Your plan begins from your start date. All required sessions stay in order.
Can I train six sessions across five days?+
Yes. Select five training days and add a second workout on one of them. You can choose 2–7 days and up to 14 weekly workouts, including consecutive days.
How are strength loads calculated?+
Working weights use your saved strength maxes, the session’s percentage, and your rounding increment. New maxes apply to future blocks unless you explicitly correct the current block.
Do I need heart-rate data?+
No. Use the talk test, or enter a measured maximum heart rate for targets in beats per minute. Updating max HR in Profile applies to remaining workouts in your current block.
Can I change the exercise in a conditioning session?+
Yes, where the session offers alternatives. Choose from the listed options and follow the instructions for your selection.
Can I export or delete my data?+
Yes. Open Profile to download a backup, export workout history or a calendar, delete training data, or permanently delete your account.
How do I report a problem or request support?+
Sign in and open Feedback & support. The form includes your account, current page, and limited program details. There is no public support email inbox during beta.
